Basement finishing projects...
Basement renovation
Pictures provided by the customer, the walls, ceilings, trims and floors installed by Painters Choice. Customer assisted in the floor installations.
Black cupboards and grey walls repainted.
Cupboards done in two tone, the bottom matches stools that the customer had for breakfast counter at the one end. Kitchen and dining room repainted also.
Home repainted
Drywall corners redone and imperfections and holes repaired prior to painting. Unique color design brightens spaces.
Home prepared for real estate market.
As you can see this home was in bad shape and took a lot of patching to get it back to where it should be. All floors had to be refinished or replaced which was completed by two other contractors. Light fixtures were moved and replaced by Painters Choice as well as the counter top stove. Ceilings in basement kitchen with LED lighting were installed by Painters Choice as well as wiring configuration and installation of the disc LED lighting. Tiles in master washroom reconfigured to allow for missing and broken tiles on one wall. Broken tiles in basement washroom replaced and re grouted. All doors and trim painted with ScuffX white (custom color)(Benjamin Moore Paints) as well as two washroom cabinets. Walls done with low sheen Ultra Spec. in Revere Puter.
